If the delivery delays due to any events that are out of our control (i.e. Royal Mail strike, natural disaster etc), we regret that we are unable to take any responsibilities. RETURNS.
We happily accept returns for exchange or refund if they are unworn and unwashed, provided the original invoice is present and within 3 weeks from the invoiced date. Please write why you are returning your item on the back of invoice, so we can quickly learn from the situation.
Even if your item does not fit in the above condition, please email us and let us know why you want to return the item. We will try the best that we can do for you accordingly.
When you are returning the item, please make sure to retain the proof of posting. You can get ‘certificate of postage' from post office for free of charge.
For refund of faulty item, we will cover the cost of postage as well as the original delivery cost, provided the proof of posting is present.
For refund of non-faulty item, the original delivery cost will be deducted.
